Kempton White negotiates lease transactions for American Asset Corporation’s retail portfolio. Prior to joining AAC, he represented national retailers and developers as a broker at The Shopping Center Group.

Before earning a bachelor of arts degree in economics at the University of Virginia, Mr. White attended Woodberry Forest School and was awarded the English-Speaking Union scholarship by the US and UK embassies. A member of the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers, he holds real estate licenses in Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina. He also serves on the North Carolina ICSC Committee and the ICSC Next Generation Committee.
